A floor pad is a piece of engineered abrasive doing precise work — enough grit to cut soil, not so much that it wrecks the finish underneath. Ninety percent of "the machine isn't cleaning well" ends up being the wrong pad, a worn pad, or a pad running against a floor it wasn't made for.
This is the genuine Nilfisk Advance OEM TERMINAL-SPADE MALE, part number 2-00-04708, brand new in the box. Flip pads halfway through their working life to get the second side. Rinse them between shifts. Don't run one until it's the shape of a dinner plate — by then it's been underperforming for a while.
The right pad on the right floor is the difference between a fifteen-minute job that looks great and a forty-minute job that's still not right.
Not sure which pad you need? Send us your machine model and the floor type, and we'll match you up.
