The squeegee is what separates a floor scrubber from a floor wetter. The brush lays down water and chemistry to loosen soil; the squeegee has to get that soiled water back off the floor or you've just made a bigger mess with more steps. It's the last mile of the whole process, and the whole process depends on it working right.
This is the genuine Nilfisk Advance OEM BLADE KIT-SQUEEGEE GUM, part number 56324254, brand new in the box. Squeegee wear tends to be sneaky: everything looks about right, but pickup is a little worse each week, and one day the operator's complaining and you realize it's been a slow slide for two months.
Genuine OEM gets you back to spec. Same blade angle, same channel dimensions, same mounting hardware the machine was designed around.
